2. Bookings & Payments

• Class bookings are subject to availability and must be reserved in advance.

• All purchases (passes, memberships, and workshops) are non-transferable and non-refundable unless explicitly stated.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Class cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the class start time to avoid a fee or deduction from your pass.
• No-shows may result in loss of class credit or fee, depending on your membership type.
• Workshop or event cancellations are subject to individual event policies.

4. Health & Safety

• By attending a class, you acknowledge that yoga includes physical activity and affirm that you are in proper health to participate.
• You agree to inform your instructor of any injuries, limitations, or health conditions prior to class.
• The studio is not liable for any injuries or health issues that arise during or after participation.

5. Studio Etiquette

• Arrive on time. Late entry may not be permitted.
• Phones must be silenced and stored away during classes.
• Respect the space, instructors, and fellow participants

6. Memberships & Passes

• Membership terms (duration, auto-renewal, pause/freeze options) will be detailed at the time of purchase.
• Missed classes are not reimbursed unless otherwise stated.
• Promotions or discounts cannot be combined unless noted.
